Description – Havarti Cheese is partly inspired by the Tilsit cheese. The Havarti cheese has been a success since the beginning because of its deliciously mild and very creamy taste.
Taste & Appearance – The taste of Cream Havarti is pure, creamy, mild and acidulous, and it appears free from rind, white to light yellow. Our Havarti cheeses are drained by their own weight, giving them the small granular holes, resulting in a more light taste and texture while at the same time being very round and creamy in taste.
Serving Suggestion – Creamy Havarti is great on bread, but due to its creaminess , it also fits very well on cheeseboards and are in hot dishes.
